1. That the  personal interview is compulsory for all applicants.
2. All original documents are to be taken along with for the personal interview
3. All the following documents are general the documents might change as per case to case

1. Passport Valid for 6 months from the date of Return
2. Photographs as per US Visa Specification
3. Duly Filled and Signed Visa form DS-160
4. HDFC Fees Submission Receipt
5. Updated Bank Statements of last 6 Months Personal
6. Income Tax Returns or FORM 16 of last 3 Years
7. Overseas Travel Medi-claim Policy
8. Tentative Travel Itinerary
9. The following Documents as per Occupation
   1. Director: MOA & AOA of the Company & Company Bank Statement of last 6 Months & Company Income Tax Return of last 3 Years, EIC Code along with a company Profile
   2. Partner: Partnership Deed of the Company, & Company Bank Statement of last 6 Months & Company Income Tax Return of last 3 Years, EIC Code along with a company Profile
   3. Proprietor: Company Registration Certificate, Shop and Establishment Certificate, VAT Registration, IEC Code etc.
   4. Salaried: Last 3 Months Salary Slip, Leave Approval from the Company during Travel, Appointment Letter.
   5. Student: Past Years Passing Certificate, School or College Id, NOC & Vacation letter from School If Unaccompanied Student then NOC letter from the Parents
   6. Consultant: Consultancy Contract with the Company Operating, NOC Letter from the Contracting Company, Profile of the Contracting Company.
   10. The Following Documents as per Option
   1. If Visiting Family & Friends then Letter of Invitation from the Friends or Relatives, their Passport Copy & Visa / Green Card Copy, along with the financial Documents supporting their financial situation in the country.
   2. If Visiting on Vacation then the Hotel Voucher as per the itinerary staying in the USA, along with internal Travelling Plan.
10. Credit Card Copy & Recent Credit Card Statement
11. Any Property and Assets owned in India
12. All financial Solvency documents to prove your financial status in India for E.g. Mutual Finds, Bonds, Dividends, Govt. Securities, Life Insurance, Shares, Etc.
